Custom Printing Printed Envelopes; Gain maximum effect by adding a stunning print finish to the envelopes.
Printing:-
All of the metallic envelope/ mail bags (excluding the bubble envelopes) can be printed and windowed, dependant on quantities and lead times.
The print production can be done in one of two ways:
1. Screen Printing Ideal for single or two colour work; it is normally a single sided print, and suitable for quantities od up to 1,000 copies. We would recommend coverage of under 50% on eah side, with a 5mm border (bleed cannot be used with this process). Screen printing will give a strong and vibrant colours, and is ideal for vector based graphics. It is not possible to produce tints or tones in the screen process.
2. Flexo Printing More suited for larger runs, quantities of 1,000 plus. It is possible to run up to 8 colours at any time, including CMYK and specials. Flexo print can also enbale you to have full coverage across the envelopes.
Standard Screen Printing Charges:
Plates: £95.00 per colour per side. (price includes screen, stencil and setup)
Printing: Ink coverage per side: Up to 25% - £25.00 per 100 envelopes, per colour, per side.

Re-packing into 100's £3.00 (per 100) x 10 = £30
Total screen printing cost = £720.00* *Printing prices are to be added to the cost of the stock envelopes.
Timescales for printed envelopes: (from written approval of the artwork)
Screen Printing - allow up to 1 week. Flexo Printing - 2-3 weeks. Special sizes (with or without print) - allow up to 3 weeks.
PRINT NOTES:
Most ink will not give an opaque finish on clear material, even if there are sevral layers of ink, or a base layer of white ink. Screen printed inks will usually give a more apaque finish than flexo printing, as the ink is printed in a thicker layer, but we cannot guarantee the results.
The amount of black and white ink in the make make-up of a Pantone colour will also affect the opacity of the ink. Colours with less black or white will remain more translucent and give a shiner finish on metallised films.
When printing onto metallised or coloured films, the substrate will affect the final colour of the print. This especially true when printing onto silver translucent films, which may produce a far darker shade of colour.
