The metallic envelopes are made from 70 micron CPP (cast polypropylene), to give either solid or translucent colour. Alternatively you can have a clear finish.

They have a 40mm lip with peel and seal. The tape is resealable as standard, but if bespoke orders are made this can be changed to a permanent tape upon request.

Sizes Available:- CD, CD+, DL, C6, C5, 230 x230mm and C4.

Custom sizes can be made.

Custom Printing

All the metallic envelopes can be custom printed and windowed, dependent on quantities and lead times.

Print production can be done in one of two ways, Screen Printing, or Flexo Printing.
